REFUND POLICY

  • We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.
  • Please carefully review your order before submitting it to ensure that all items and quantities are correct.
  • Seventeen Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds at our discretion.

Please note that our refund policy applies to all items, including international orders. We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or clearance charges that may be imposed by the destination country.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged product/s.
